or we could make our own, combined flag. That would be cool .... oeh oeh we could hold a contest and the prize is the 'flag' as logo for the group and yeah the change startled me as well... a bit. Still it is cool ^^

And please... Don&#180;t talk about the elfstedentocht... *groans* It&#180;s everywehere! And it&#180;s not even cold enough... Even though I freeze my butt off as soon as I step out of the house (warmth!) I may be born in FRIESland, but I still prefer a temperature of at least 25 degrees... I do hope for some snow though (pretty!)

XD, your like some of those 'brabanders' I know from college who dislike carnaval :P. There are a few in any province ^^. Luckily I am from Utrecht and we don't have such an event that is symbol for our city.

and Snow would be cool, but it would probably mess up the trains and that isn't fun for me >

And there is nothing wrong with carnaval, unless you live in brabant. I can imagine that it can be extremely annoying if your friends act like a fool for the whole weekend and keep pushing you to come to dress up like a monkey >_<

@link: I once did carnaval in Eindhoven... and some of my friends went as a walking twistersheet... I actually had to play, and hope i didn't have to put my hands on a wrong spot ><;; dunno if it was so wrong, but I was glad it was only once a year...

oooh rawr ^^, unless your friends are not to your taste :P. And I like the new look of the group as well . And I had exactly the same thing when I pushed the link. I had something like: OO omg!!! the closed the group!!! wth!!! (lot of exclamation marks I know XD)

and it makes it more like a small sub-forum, which is good ( think XD) It enables us to keep things orderly and neat (different subjects different threads) aaand it allows us to make a meeting thread on our group instead of the normal forum and a) clutter that forum and b) having ppl search for it and perhaps not find it OO (which would suck )

Yeeahh... I think I'm starting to like this new design. It takes some time getting used to... but I can see the benefits ^^

The new design pointed something else out to me... Have you guys (and gals) noticed as well that we have posted 898 times on this forum? (899 after this one) Oo, pretty active group aren't we
