Dutch Yaoi Fans

Time for another service announcement:

Many of you already voted on the date of our little 'Dutch Yaoi Fan meeting 2009' (for short: the aarin meeting ^^). I will give you a little update on the votes that have been given:

Januari 17 - 5 votes
Januari 24 - 1 vote
Januari 31 - 1 vote
Februari 07 - 0 votes
Februari 14 - 4 votes

But there are still six votes undecided, so it can move either way. Those who have not yet voted (according to my administration ^^) will have received a p.m. from me today asking them to please cast there votes.

I will not mention them as they are not obliged to vote and I don't want people being blackmailed, beaten up or otherwise abused in order to get a particular date chosen ^^.

Happy new year everyone It's never to late to say it. Isn't the rule that you can't say it after three koningen or carnaval anymore?

And about the new year resolutions, I will try to eat more healthy and do more sports >_< just like everyone else. I bet all the gyms will be packed the first week of januari and then at the end of the month it will be practically deserted....

I love making new years resolutions it&#180;s just like all those other things I say to myself. I never keep them. Especially the ones which have to something to do with homework *I do hope I will get my driverslicence though* Does anybody else has problems with keeping to resolutions?

New years resolutions... *raises eyebrows* I´ll quit smoking. I´ll have to start first though...

The Jagenmeister thingy sounds familiar... I think that was my resolution of a few years back... But then with tequilla. ^^"

heya everyone.. okey.. I'm looking for shops that sell BL manga in the netherlands.. could anyone help me out.. I'm mostly interested in BL at the moment.. *waves goodbye*

The manga shop in Zwolle has some. And if your lucky the ABC in Amsterdam...

Sorry for not coming on for so long, I have been busy like hell, and I cant say things are getting better, but I'll make time. I'll force myself XD
Hmm...? You guys do New Years Resolutions? o.O I think it's stupid and dumb. Sorry for that. People never seem to keep those, or it's just to make them look good. I don't have a New Years Resolution. I make these resolutions every day: "TODAY I WILL do homework!" Never really works XD
Oh yeah, the vote. I'd rather NOT have it on January 17, which apparently suddenly has the most votes <.< The rest is fine, if you tell me some time before so I can tell my boss I'm not coming (which is a scary idea o.o) but February 14 seems a nice date ^^
Oh, btw, we were going to Utrecht right? Or am I totally wrong? o.O I went to two shops with manga there, and I have to say they SUCK XD but maybe thats just my opinion, or maybe I should start reading the popular stuff -_-
Ah, btw, you guys ain't getting the best wishes for the new year and stuff. Cuz that is already 6 days ago, and I'm getting annoyed by all the people still saying "the best wishes" after so long. So, I'll just wish you all the best!

Does anyone know how to escape from your roommate who is in a major fight with her homework and her apple*laptop not the fruit*. She just shouted that she wanted to kill something so it will be me, the cat or the bunny.

^^, I'm not the administrator of this group, just the organiser of the meeting . Aaannddd *checks records* you never registered that you wanted to go, or you did, but didn't do it properly. -I checked my list and the messages I received of ppl who wanted to join, your not in/on either.-

If you pm your date I can still put you on the list for participants.


And Utrecht has three manga stores. One I myself prefers has like every kind of comic OO, it's really, really small but it has a lot of stuff and tons of Manga's (even loveless ^^ -yes peeps I checked it out today! and they still had the stuff -) It has so many comics you'll have to check it out yourself to find the stuff you need ^^ (I myself know far from every type of bl comics ^^, but I'm sure they have some more then I saw.)

We also have a shop that has Japanese movies (anime and others) so we'll check that out on the way .

The 'program' (if you can call it that) will be sent to you on a later date -to those who registered.- If anyone has a suggestion of what we can do on that day (other then visit shops ^^) feel free to sent me a message. It's still all in the open, so just feel free to suggest things ^^.
