Though a young man of twenty-one years felt his fingers dance upon the keyboard at a tentative pace, a subtle glint momentarily flashed in his eyes. He hoped this particular corner of the online community would help fuel his wanning drive to resume his longwinded drivels of what he had the galls to call 'fiction'. Blocking out the external disturbances of conversations shared between his mother and brother, as well as the drones blasting from the stereo, he sat back, satisfied with what little anecdote he managed to etch across the screen: "Hello, I decided to join this community. I'm in the right one, yes?" All he had to do was now go about his business before he could check back for any response. A nonchalant click of the mouse, and he found his eyes back onto his covert stash of (porn?) notes for a story in progress...
@neutralshades: RAWR! I want to read that 'story in progress.' Ar eyou posting it in the forum? @everybody: One more day till NanoWriMo ends!
Yes yes it sounds promising
foxytroy: Hey hey. Sorry, dude, but I'm saving the work-in-progress for publication due to First Print Rights. I wouldn't post its words on the Internet at all. But I'll indulge with short stories and stuff I've saved for online, but it won't be on this forum, but rather on FictionPress.
