I have computers on lockdown since they are mine [and everyone else have their own] but the easiest way is to put all your yaoi stuff on a cloud server like DropBox, Microsoft SkyDrive, SugarSync, etc. Box has the most space at 25 GB and best for all of them is that it doesn't matter what computer you are on, as long as you have wifi, you can access it.

Then, once you have your own computer, you can download the dropbox [or whatever program you are using] client and it will sync the files so you will have a local copy and a cloud copy. Also, none of the aforementioned companies look through your files so you have some hardcore porn up and there and no one will care....well, barring you get arrested but at that point, I can't make any promises.

And yes, most, if not all of these are free.

if i read this, it's a great description, but i'm so glad to have my own laptop and nobody access through besides my boyfriend that's so much easier.. and anyway my parents don't have interests in my hobbies or what i'm doing anymore, because i'm almost 21*lol*

I needed better ways to hide my files, burying them in folders after folders is just too annoying to deal with.

I might have to try one of those method one day since myolder bro is very good at touching pc. I’m always worried when my lab topcrushes 'n he has to repair it. Must find a way to store away my yaoi.

I compress my yaoi to .rar or .zip, rename this archives into something.avi and toss it into folder with movies and non-yaoi AMVs.
Or rename it into VTS_01_n.vob and place it to folder with certain movie DVD files like it's one of them. It don't affects the movie playback.
One more way - give it a name like resources.dll and place into folder of some application in Program Files.
The main thing is to remember where's your yaoi archive file is and how it's renamed.

I use some online file storage and some flash drive to back it up to be sure I use a clean computer to eliminate if there are viruses.
