There really was no reason for Merlin to have that heavy-lidded with Arthur's bare legs. Right now my head canon is Merlin is bi and will have a whole lot of male lovers and give his prince a case of blue balls without even trying

Kind of too far to speculate, but I wonder if Arthur will find out (or reveal he already knew? ) about Merlin's magic this season. I don't know how far the story will go for the entire series, but I'm hoping there's stuff post-reveal, you know?

most of you know that i'm not a fan of gwen and most certainly not of arthur/gwen *shudders by just writing this*
but for those who ship them, i was happy that there was at least a few scenes this time.

someone on tumblr posted a very nice scenario - hope the writers had similar ideas


and then at the end of the season there is:

• in the first part of the 2 parter, magic reveal happens
• 2nd part is arthur raging about his feelings or his i’ve known this for a long time you are really bad at lying
• 2nd part also has arthur embracing merlin’s magic and them going to get excalibur and there is a really sexy sword!porn moment
• and then at the end arthur makes merlin his adviser and tee hee
• we get court sorcerer!merlin next season plz

Wow, tent ring scene. I DIED when Agravaine walked into that tent and was like WTF ARE THESE TWO DOING???!! Yeah, that was pretty gay. No, really gay. Could they stare at each other for any LONGER? Seriously, this is like bromance on steroids.

Oh, and the next epsiode looks awesome. That is all.


And I hope I'm not going to get killed for saying this but Gwen and Arthur were really cute in this ep. I don't usually like them together but...eh, it was sooo sweet.

OMG!!!!!!!!!! just watched ep. 4 & 5, a baby dragon!!! so cute, congratulations Arthur and Merlin, is a white dragon!! and..... Merlin in ep 5 all over Arthur, bed, floor next will be in the outdoors:



I swear that if next ep is the hug moment, I'll be screaming like crazy for a whole week!!!

maybe because its been quite afew days since i watched it, i dont remember much from this episode

all i can recall is:

• i was really worried that agravaine was going to take of his shirt, when merlin spied on him in his chambers
  
  
• yeah finally some friendship between merlin and gwen after merlin's fight with arthur, though i would have like this much better:
  
  
  
• much more yeah for gwaine/merlin friendship scenes
  
• but arrrrghhhh!!!! gwaine, how many of you brain cells did you kill on your trips to the tavern that you didnt notice merlin using magic RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!! and that agravaine did NOT try to check on gaius' breathing!!!
