the first time I baked cupcakes I did the same mistake as you melon.. but I made chocolate-cupcakes and they looked like "Kuhfladen" XDDD you need a "Muffinblech" so they can't 'grow' (? o_O) sidewards .. xD

haha xD, maybe we shuold do some baking together some time <:
