Try using a proxy. And as karuma said, send an e-mail to the ISP just to clarify the things

If you're still experiencing the same problem, I recommend you change your dns addresses to the following:

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

Oh wow I didn't notice that so many people replied! Thanks a lot everyone! DA magically started working again (first very laggy) but I can use it now so that's good. But in case it happens again, I have bookmarked this page : )
