Hi @Accordia , for Hadaka Shitsuji file, do you know how to extract the sprites of it (or do you have them?)

I think I used Extract Data. I don't have the game on my computer anymore to check, but see if that works.

Sorry, I kinda forgot about this thread (oยดд`)

Here's an easy game engine to work with: Yuuki!Novel. The only extractor I've found that works with this is MultiExtractor; it's not a free program, but I found this version somewhere.

Sample game: Visukio by Gear Kite.

First, open the game's EXE file.

    21052015_122822_capture_007.jpg

    21052015_122604_capture_002.jpg

    Then click Extract.

    21052015_122628_capture_004.jpg

There are different options that you can check if all the images aren't extracting with the default settings. Just leave it at the default for Yuuki!Novel games, but you might need to experiment for other game engines.

The extracted files will show in a new window, so just select all (Ctrl+A) and extract them to a folder on your computer:

MultiExtractor separates the files according to file format, so check the left sidebar to make sure you've got all the CGs.

Actually, before I tackle NScripter, here's a really easy engine to deal with:

    SaiSys

The game engine used by Marine Heart, Ferret, and probably other Aqua House-related companies. You know, the annoying one that advances text if you click anywhere on the screen outside the game window, and which refuses to save your text speed settings >_<

The game folder will have an executable file named SaiSys.EXE, which is what you run to play the game, as well as folders containing the game resources: Wav, Script, and Grd. It'll look something like this:

    Attachment 163263

Inside the Grd folder, you'll find all the graphics for the game:

    Attachment 163264

They're saved as files without extensions to throw you off, but they're actually unencrypted image files. All you have to do is convert them into a more familiar format, like .PNG.

For this purpose, I use XnConvert, a free image converter that works with a lot of less common image file types.

Just run XnConvert, select all the files in the GRD folder, and drag them into the Input window:

    Attachment 163265

Then click on the Output tab:

    Attachment 163266

Choose your output folder and image format, then click Convert. It only takes a few seconds, and no special extraction software!
That seems a bit complex comparing to mine,
I used Windows Image File Converter to batch convert any photos, and I only need to choose the photo format. See below graphics:

Free tools, I prefer Pixel if you ever heard it before.

XnConvert is good advise, and Ashampoo is also good suggestion. They are very good photo converter. But to compress photos, they are not that perfect.

I can't get any tools to extract the xp3 files from Corona Blossom Vol 1. Kikiriki.exe extracted a bunch of files, but they don't open in any image viewers, even if I change the extensions.
    With Xp3-extractor, I get
    Code:
Expected "#01" at position 0x17 but saw "#80".
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "xp3-extract.py", line 104, in ?
        assert (indexoffset+compsize+17 == filesize)
    AssertionError
I've tried all kinds of tools, but only the two above mentioned actually did anything/recognized the file, until I tried arc_unpacker, which sort of worked, but at the end it said that it is a protected archive. None of the extracted files are viewable for some reason.
