Sound but no Picture

i downloaded sensitive pornograph and a couple of junjuo romantica episodes, and i'm getting GREAT sound, but as i dont speak japanese, its not terribly helpful, because i'm getting NO picture. any ideas as to whats going on?

It's a codec problem. What program are you using? I suggest VLC Videolan, it's free and plays everything.

Or if you want to keep the player you're using you should download the K-lite Codec pack and install it .
