downloading help

hi im new at this but every time i download s.pornograph i am only getting an audio file and not the picture if anyone can help me ill bake 10000 vitual snackfoods of your choice thankies

For us to help you, probably you could give additional information on maybe
- the format of the file you download
- the player you are watching the file with

well, you should either try getting the codec, which in my oppinion it's best to get divx which you can find here:

http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/codec/

or, you can just download and use vlc media player instead, which is what i use ^_^

I'm new, too, and I downloaded the first episode of Sukisho. When I try to watch it, my Windows Media Player says:

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. This can occur when another program or operating system component encounters a problem but does not communicate the nature of the problem to the Player."

I have downloaded DivX.
