hmm...how do i add the texusub?? i demuxed it, and its a .srt file. i enabled full processing mode, went to video: filters, but there wasn't an 'add textsub' option in the list. i tried adding the filr via 'load...', but it only accepts .vdf files.

Um, I think I have the same problem. Ehehe, but I wouldnt beable to tel unless I looked at it because I havent tried it for so long. Eh, I probably dont. But I have a video file and I want to put the subtitles that came with it so they play with the movie, can somebody help me with that?
The guide only works with ogm without subs (I made it originally for Mirage of Blaze). I tried to convert files with subs but I coudn't make them work *sigh*

So for the video mostly it will end up in a AVI file so you can use VDM to mux both audio and video into an .avi or use AVIMuxGUI to do the thing

Hmm, don't know where this should go, but there is a program that converts ogm/mkv into avi, and is fine with subtitles and audio stuff. Plus it's free. I just think that would be easier then this(since I'm pretty dumb). >.< I'd post the link, but then this is your post.
Sure, anything that works.
After downloading Mirage of Blaze 08 in .ogm, I followed all the instructions and was able to render a finished file just fine but only with japanese audio.
But afterwards, (I don't know exactly how but...) I was able to demux an english dub audio stream and later merge it with the original .ogm and save it as .avi. So far, everything seems ok. The timing is fine, and it's a regular sized file. I didn't know I could do that but it seems to solve the whole subtitles not working in the final finished product.
I don't know if this will work with any other episodes though
edit: It has worked with all the Mirage of Blaze episodes in .ogm and I now have the whole series in the english dub (though for once I actually much prefer the japanese voice cast, especially for naoue.)

hi. what is the converter that has in it anime?
could you clarify what you mean by that?
i while ago i got this converter and it was free. it had anime pictures in it. like when you click on the program and it starts to load, it has a girl in a uniform laying down with short hair. it plays music while you do things and you can turn that off. when you pick out the things need to be changed you can get a samurai girl picture on the page to chose stuff from. when it is done it makes a folder and puts your finished stuff in it called trans. i don't know the name of this converter. you can do stuff like ogm and mvk to avi. i had my computer fix and ended up losing it. thanks
