What is .rar and how do you get it to work?

Okay, so I'm working from a Mac. I tramsfer my games onto my pc, but the only files I've managed to get to work are .exe

Can anyone help me figure this out? Working in only .exe really limits my gameplay x.x

RAR is a WinRAR compressed file....but its a free DL if it works, and it works just like any other compression file system.

This is a WinRAR trial beta thing for Mac OS X, I hope it works for you.

It extracts all the files out of the singluarly filed RAR file exensions. ^^

UnRarX is a freeware program for Mac that works very well. I use it and haven't had any problems so far.

Since you have a Mac, you can use StuffIt Expander xD, it opens .zips and .rar, more too...i think xD
