Recently I noticed in the download section some movie files in "rmvb" format. Could someone please tell me what player do I need to open those (none of mine wants to) or what codec do I need?
you need realmedia player to play rmvb format
as far as I know its NOT in any popular codec packs as it is its own lpayer (like quicktime)
I dl real alternative to watch these kind of files, you don't need to dl a new player ^^ It's a free codec http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...lternative.htm
You can also play rmvb files (and any other real media) in Media Player Classic.
I think Media Player Classic only plays real media files if you already have Real Alternative installed.
use k-lite mega codec pack
you'll find it in a site dedicated for free codecs
it almost play every extention of videos and audio
