Downloading a Manga

well I am trying to read Private Counselor but I can't find the link anywhere. I click on the link on this website and it lead me to another place. Then I have registered all over for it. Then I click the link again. It say I could asses the section. WTF? Do I need to send the group an email to let me read it or what do I do? Is their a special thing I have to do to access that live journal section?

It probably havent been posted yet. OR scanlator group(s) doesnt allow other sites to have their projects uploaded.
Thats what I think but I could be wrong. Every scanlator groups have different rules so you probably to check their sites/forum on their sharing their scanlation.

Anime-tion Scanlation, is a forum requires registration & to get to the downloads, you probably have to read the rules to find out.
