CG capturing tool

I've just completed a BL game (Nessa no Rakuen) and I want to capture all the CGs to upload them but I really don't want to go through the Print Screen, paste on to paint, save, repeat.

Is there any tool to make this process less painful?

I don't think there's a software that can do that. Just browse/search its main folder on your hard disk, there must be some enlighted .jpg images.
