Help!!!

my comp seems to have gotten this virus called W32.Imaut, and its embedded in smss.exe in Windows in C

what do i do?

did chu try scanning chur comp and having the virus scanner take it out? if that dont work, type on google the virus' name and for solutions. maybe some things will pop up.

yap;p i tried the method offered by synmantec ;p
problem is, the report actually said that it was a low threat virus, but i still can't get it out;p

i've run it on safe mode, but i still can't delete it fully, for some strange reason;p

didn't seem to work, on the other hand, my antivirus system is super outdated;p problem is i can't get my parents to change it

chu can try downloading trial ones? o-o; i have the virus scanner called Avast! o-o; My comp seems to run fine, no virus issues. xP

get Avast free anti virus (lower left corner), it is free
The only thing needed is you to register at the site to receive a year long code to activate it

Malwarebytes

get the free version of Malwarebytes

let both scan your computer in save mode
