I've never used an IRC channel before--how do I use one?

There are many guides when it comes to using Irc, I could list it up which would cost me about 20-30 minutes or you could google it since there are tons of guides out there

To use IRC, you need an IRC chat client. I prefer mIRC, but there are toher clients too. You need to know how to connect to servers, how to register there, and how to download. As KarumA said, there are a lot of guides of using IRC.

Since AF has their own official channel, there naturally is a help-guide in using it, too. You might want to look around first the next time. ;)

You can try with this and take getting in AF's channel as a practice. After getting there, you can try other channels as well (:

Apparently I'm not quite smart enough to get to the help menu myself. ^.^ Thanks, I think I got the hang of the basics.
