Ok, last night, I tried opening my Photoshop program, but the program kept saying it can't respond. I tried again, but the program still didn't respond. So, I'd like some help please.

You are not very helpful in describing the problem....is there any specific error message ?
I got the same problem some months ago and the only i could solve was uninstall Photoshop and install it once again >.<
sorry, i can't be of much help TAT
Usually it's because that Photoshop takes a lot of RAM on your computer. So I would suggest cleaning some unnecessary stuff out of your computer and see what happens. And Photoshop is usually a b.itch anyway. So you will always have some glitches in the way. xD;
Have you made any upgrade on your computer recently? I had a similar problem with trying to open Photoshop after upgrading from Vista to Windows 7.
What Photoshoo is? CS?
You can have a case of prefs file got corrupted.
Hold down Ctrl-Alt-Shift while starting up Photoshop. You should get a dialog asking if you want to reset Preferences. Click Yes. It should work but you will need to remake any Preference settings in Edit>Preferences.
For MacOS, start up Photoshop with the key combination:
Option+Command+Shift
Um, not to be rude, but do you even have photoshop? I know that you have Gimp, but come on
I was thinking of reinstalling, but oh well.
Thanks, but I did have to restart my laptop around New Years and hardly anything should be on my RAM, so I don't really know what's up with my weird laptop. Thanks though.
Yes, it might have been the upgrades. Thanks.
I did the commands and it worked!!! Thanks so much. I'll remember this note. Rep on the way as well.
