Never downloaded a game before, and need help

I've spent so much time trying to get games to work, and they never do. I'm a total noob at this, and I would really like some help.

I have Windows 7 and am using WinRAR. I know to have my language settings to Japanese, and I think I have that down.

I've been trying to download and play Sweet Pool, but after wasting so much time on it I rage quit the whole process. Still, I would really like to get it working if anyone will help.

What exactly are you having trouble with? Installation? Does the game crash? Do you know how to mount image files? Are the files corrupt?

Though it's for WinXP, you'll get a general idea what to do: YouTube - How to install Sweet Pool win XP
You need to install a mounting software like Daemon tools or one of these, for win7/vista.
