Unable to upload pictures in gallery

I apologize for the bother, but the problem has lasted for a while now. Everytime I try to upload a picture, I receive a message saying I'm not allowed to since I have too many pictures and should delete some of them to free up space. I've already deleted quite a lot of pictures, but the message keeps coming back. As such, I'm still unable to upload pictures. If I could get some feedback on this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your time.

Thanks for your suggestion, I hadn't heard of that section. I left a reply, so let's see if that solves the problem.

I posted in the small gallery update, and my disk space got increased, but the same message is still showing up and not allowing me to upload. For clarity's sake, I'll post the full message that shows up:

"We're sorry, but you currently are over your quota for allowed disk space.
Please remove images from your gallery to free up more space."


I wonder what it is that still won't let me upload pictures.

hmm... it's possible that your picture is too large, (i've seen picts over 1mb in size), so you might have to delete the other picts that you have previously posted up ;p

I have a similar problem. But I in this case can't edit pics in an already created album.

Can a mod/admin help me out?

I don't have much of an answer in regards to storage space, although Aarin did increase the storage amount, I'm personally not sure why you're having trouble. But maybe the image being too large could be a factor, as christine2000 and Amaterasu said.

@bambi: What do you mean you can't edit? There's no edit photo option?

Like if I create an album, I can't upload pics into it.
Besides I can't delete an album, I want to get rid of.

Hm, that's strange. I don't really have an answer around that (I can't even approve images in those albums), I'm gonna see if an admin can answer that.

@bambi: I checked in your Gallery... you have 0 photos uploaded and 0 Albums created. Even the new album created you mentioned that you can't delete is not there. I don't know what is the problem since there's nothing in your Gallery ^_^;;; Sorry... >.<

You should be able to edit your album in your profile.

Just click on the album you want to edit and at the top right corner are functions to either edit your album or your pictures in the album.

If you are still not able to edit your album/picture, would appreciate if you could capture an image on the error when your try editing your album/picture.
