Unable to upload pictures in gallery

Ughh...great! This complaint post isnt closed. Hey Im having a problem guys~ See everytime I try uploading a picture to my lovely Album I CANT! I know I read on the bottom the normal KB is 97.7 but every single picture I put in is "over the limit"? How can lower KB be over the limit too!? Here I'll upload a picture into my album right now or try and it'll give me this :This picture exceeds your total album file size quota by 23.5 KB.<----thats actually the lowest KB I got so far. Im speechless. Please help me! I want my pictures to be seen!

For RyuuchiKiyu and other mods:

I just checked RyuuchiKiyu's account and it seems she has exceeded the upload total space limit. There's nothing wrong with the upload process ^_^;;;
I have already PM-ed RyuuchiKiyu about it.

Everything is working fine now. I did what you said and deleted some pictures.

I don't want to start a new thread because I have similar problem.
I have 20 pictures in my gallery and I can't upload anymore. I mean I can but my pictures didn't show. I tried 3 or 4 times and after the message "waiting for approval" they gone. I didn't break any rules.
And one of my pictures was deleted after approval.
I didn't got any explaination.
Could someone tell me what I did wrong?

Hi bra00724, I haven't deleted any pictures after approval recently. Which category did you try to upload into that had trouble?

I tried to upload to Death note category and the picture that was deleted after approval (and couple of comments) was in Naruto category.

I think I picked off a few duplicates in the Death note gallery. I haven't deleted any pictures in the Naruto gallery after approving. Can you share me those pictures (in PM/VM)? Maybe they will help me recall and we can figure this out
