Issue: Contest: TITLE LOSES CAPS, when changed in Graveyard

Many existing titles still retain CAPS in Contest thread.

But now, system refuses to accept changes that include CAPS!

My title: DOUBLE OR NOTHING III [R2 in progress]
was changed to: Double or nothing iii [r2 in progress]

My title: DOUBLE OR NOTHING III [R2 Heating Up!]
was changed to Double or nothing iii [r2 heating up!]

Caps improve clarity of titles, and allow use of Roman numerals. Please bring 'em back!
