Issue: [RESOLVED] Group I left months ago stuck in group list under Settings

I left the group "35+ Only" months ago but the group has continued to be listed in my Settings. I'm not allowed access any more, which is as it should be. But it still sits there in the Groups section when I go to Settings.

I'm sure this is a one-time "glitch" rather than a "bug" since I've joined and left other groups without a problem.

Can it be removed from my Settings page listing of Groups, please? tyvm
