Issue: Internal Server Error

I don't know if anyone else has been seeing this as much as I have but I've been getting this message a lot since the server move.

"Internal Server Error...
Something broke along the way or it could be BACKUP time!
Send an e-mail to staff@aarinfantasy.com stating how you ending up with this error! OR Post on the forums!"

When I say a lot, I'd say I've seen it almost 10 times already today and it's been throughout the day. I also had it last night a lot, not during the regular backup times.

I am also finding the forum to be a lot slower than before and it's not just on my computer. It's slow on my phone and on other computers.
