Issue: navigation bar is not complete when you click on "new posts"

This is how the navigation bar looks like when you are at the forum first page:



There are links leading to the other forum areas.
This is how it looks like after you click at "New Posts":



You have to go back to the first page to go elsewhere because the links disappear.
