Issue: Ignore/Mute thread

I for one love network sites over forums for this one feature. Is there a possibility to get an addon on af to be able to mute/ignore threads? As in, when a person ignores a certain thread, they should no longer be able to see it in currently updated posts or other forum searches. It will be a very good feature to control the way we browse the site.

This might help research, I'm not sure an upgrade exists or can be modified for vb4+
