In my opinion:

Male: Sephiroth, Vincent, Tseng, Cloud, Zack (I loved both his hairstyles but I preffered the newer one actually), Squall, Noctis, Seymour, Reno, Yazoo, Rufus, Snow. Yeah there's so many I find extremely sexy, those are most of them, I'm sure I left out a few. I'm not sure if you wanted us to pick just one though....so in case you did:
