The New Avatar series coming out 2011 or 2012

Hello Everyone
Just let you all know that there is a prequel to this series coming out next or in 2012, and the new Avatar will a girl. So what is your opinion on it?

its it a prequel? I read that it would be set 70 years after "the last airbender" series ends. The girl avatar is named Korra I think. She will be learning air bending from Aang's son maybe named Tenzen.....so excited

It's not a prequel, it's a sequel. The girl's name is Korra and she is the new avatar from the Southern Water Tribe. The new series takes place 70 years after the first one.

It starts off after she has learned Earth, Water and Firebending and now she's going to be learning Airbending from Aang and Katara's son, Tenzin.

And it's to debut on Nickelodeon in 2011 <3333 I'm so excited, I can't wait.
