Ren is banned cuz, let's say half or two third of floor, the rest of Maizena, a spoon of oil, not butter, an egg, a pinch of salt, 3 full spoons of sugar, whip it, leave it an hour in the fridge. Rewhip prior to use, pour a laddle or half a ladle after having melted some butter on a clean pan. Et voilà!
