I think Uluqiorra is uke because he is a little feminine and Grimmjow is the seme because he is more dominant

Though I think Grimmjow as an uke would be adorable (oh admit it... it so would XD Especially in his released form! Though that might just be my Ichi/Grimm side coming out...), Uliqiorra is just too feminine and petite. Besides, we have to take Grimmjow's personality into order. He's brash, possessive, and extremely dominant. I have a hard time imagining him relinquishing control no matter what. Though at the same time I can also see that, while Grimmjow would be seme, Uliquiorra would be on top, since I doubt he would let Grimmjow feel like he had any form of power over him.
