I haven't heard any news about 3rd season, but if there's gonna be one it'll take a while 'cos there isn't enough new material for a season. If they are gonna make 3rd season I think they are gonna wait till there's couple novels more...

so... the next year I'm oficially starting studying Japanese - and I'll study hard. And then I'll go for the novels and be a happy satisfied saiunkoku fan, yay!

Has anyone read any summaries of the latest novels yet? A lot of the commentary I saw awhile back suggested that a lot of people are assuming that the series may be ending relatively soon.

Also, Viz has licensed the manga, which is fantastic! If it does well, we might just get the whole novel plot (manga follows the books, not the anime)! Pretty exciting. Too bad they didn't license the novels as well, but I know that light novels tend to not sell particularly well in countries outside Japan.

I've been busy lately and haven't had the time to read the newest novel summaries I'm trying to get to them when school end and cos I haven't gotten any summerjobs I have PLENTY of time after 3 weeks

Wow! I've been quite busy last two years or so... but now that I come here I find out noone's been posting here! Is there anyone alive here? Got any news? I wish a new season of the anime came out but I guess noone's planning on releasing it... or are they?
