Who Is That Red?

For those of you who stumbled upon a redhead, real or fictional, but can't seem to figure out who he is, turn to this topic and see if anyone else can help clue you in.

Hope you don't mind me starting first, let alone even starting the thread. I've searched high and low for who this guy may be, but there's no such luck. I want to know who this pretty redhead is- anyone got any ideas?

I could be wrong, but he kind of reminds me of the actor who plays Ron Weasly in Harry Potter o_O;.
