Well I am kind of confused...I checked that in in the manga I have and it went like this : "That retired twit told me that I wouldn't be able to stay here unless I did something. He forced me to become...a lecturer" and so on. So he probably meant the Chairman!

Wow it's kind of funny how much gets distorted in translation. Even if i could read and speak Japanese better I'd still miss interperate some things
