Well of course... not ALL comments of you are based on frustration.. Most of the time you are cheery and happy and "je gaat nooit links of rechts, maar recht doorzee " (not saying you are a Rita fan >_<)

And it's hilarious to observe private space in the subway... People really do make a choice where they sit. Mostly you will not sit next to someone else XD It's like when we guys need to pick urinals in a public toilet. I personally never pick one just next to someone else >_> It's like a 'code', whenever someone do picks a seat or urinal next to you.... ohoh

Hmm... a job as psychiatrist won't be suited for you lol... But i do believe the best cure for MOST of those patients is just to call them to shut up and stop whining about life's problems. Just give them prozac and they will keep quiet >_>

@Maskelle: ooh Sensitive Pornograph! I remember talking about that with a friend at school. We were smart enough to say SP instead of the full name but it was just my luck when I said: "Oh die ene gast uit SP is zo sexy" and a teacher just walked by. He thought I was talking about the political party and curiously asked who the hell in the SP would be sexy XD
I, totally embarrased, explained it was short for something else and made up "Sakujou Party" as an anime. (I'd just read the chapter in Death Note in which Mikami goes "sakujou! sakojou! sakujou!" that guy sounds like he's masturbating when he's writing XD)
and yeah the guy was scary, I nearly got a heart-attack the next time I had to go by train and I saw another dark man, but it was a different guy phew!
@Link: lol ain't that a bit over the top? Leave the prozac for the seriously depressed ones :P some just need an outlet and then suddenly feel better.
Maybe that's why people tell strangers life-stories; they want an outlet, but don't want to bother friends/family.

&#172;&#172;, I think it is kind of pointless. Of course people pick certain positions, simply because it is in our nature. We do not actively seek danger, so we pick the safe routes and positions to protect our bodily integrity. (as you might notice I am leaving out the adrenaline junkies, this is for a reason, so don't bring up that argument. Even they, in train/metro/toilet situations are careful to protect that integrity)

and hitting on someone in the train is not strange or scary. If you don't like it, just tell them to **** of, or point at some really big guy and say that he is your (boy)friend and doesn't like it when people bother you. Works most of the time and otherwise just ignore him and move away. And if he follows, use pepperspray.

@Mac: It think your right but it's somewhat different in other countries as well. The distance between two people talking is smaller in western countries then in Asian countries. *Thats what they learn us at school* And it depends on the person somewhat. I once had a classmate who wanted to look you in the eye the entire time when she was talking and went into extremes to make sure she could. *She would corner you against the wall and keep getting closer*

Now that I think of it most of the times I have to sit next to one anywhere I tend to start talking to them. I can't deal with silences well.
