Other: Looking for recipes

there

as some might know I have been travelling to Taiwan lately. And of course I had lots of good food there, unfortunately I don't know the names of some of them, but I took pictures. Now I need your help, if you know what food it is or even the recipe I would be really happy if you could let me know!

I'm also looking for a recipe for melon bread and moon cakes if you know any good ones let me know!

NO#1 It's ba wan, chinese characters 肉圆. I think the one I had was 彰化肉圆.

NO#2 I think this is duck with stinky tofu and some kind of mushrooms and cabbage

NO#3 I know that it's a baked filled 'dumpling' I'm interested in the recipe for the dough and filling (meat or cheese)

Hu Jiao Bing (black pepper bun)

NO#4 another dumpling Zhong Zi

NO#5 I think this is Teppanyaki if I read it correctly, noodles with egg and meat and a pepper sauce

NO#6 some kind of seafood, somehow miced meat(?) with shrimp and garlic

NO#7 soup with maybe rice noodle dumpling and meat filling?

NO#8 rice soup with mushrooms and meat

NO#9 duck meat
