Here comes a really simple and easy to make cake recipe!
Use the yoghurt pot to measure the oil, the sugar and the flour once you put the yoghurt in the bowl ^^
Yoghurt Cake
Ingredients:
- One half (1/2) packet of baking powder
- 1 pot of plain yoghurt (20 cl)
- 1/2 pot of oil (colza etc...)
- 2 pots of caster sugar or superfine sugar
- 3 pots of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 citrus zest or something else to give come flavor like orange blossom etc..
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients one after another in the same order as they are written.
Pour the mix in a buttered baking tin.
Put it in an oven: 180°c (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes.
Remove from the pan and enjoy it however you want:
Nutella, jam etc...
