Every time I access it, all images are broken/forbidden. I've tried Japanese or Chinese VPN, but it's not working. Any help is appreciated.

I tried to use Wayback machine on both - Mozilla and Edge, but it doesn't work either.
So, it's not the problem in the browser or whenever you use VPN services or not. Perhaps, it is the site's issue and because of that images don't show up.
It seems like the site you have stated is having some issues, I have tried to access via different methods but the site isn't responding at all. Cheers.
