Learning to Subtitle
Okay, so I wasn't entirely sure to put this thread...So I stuck it here. Anyways...
I want to learn how to subtitle videos (I already have a subtitling program--Aegisub) but I'm not sure where to start and how to get the raws...Could someone give me guidance?

I think Subtitle Workshop is more simple. You just play the video and type what you want and adjusting time.

Well this is not something you'll learn only from a tutorial

First of all you have to speak fluently, including slang, the language you want to translate from. Then of course you have to practice. Start off with small pieces like 10 minutes just to practice and to get accustomed to the software you are using. This is a very time consuming activity which requires a lot, and I mean A LOT, of patience and dedication to spend days on a 2 hour film. And, btw, use a simpler software. Aegisub is way too complex for a beginner. As Munemassa sugested, Subtitle Workshop should do just fine for you.
