RAR file??

Hi everyone^^
The thing is, I kind of like bara yaoi (not the heavy stuff, but still bara) but when I want to upload bara I always find the files to be rar>.< so my question is: What do I use to view this file??

I checked it out on the Nett and I found this link: .rar file extension
Is it relevant?

download winRAR or a similar program and you can use that to open them.

Thanks^^ but do you think it is safe for my computer? And after 30 days... Do I have to buy it?

The extension *.rar comes from WinRAR Compressed Archive. You need something to open the archive, extract the content and you can then view it normally. I think Winzip works too for opening rar files.

Yeah thanks^^ I found this site WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files but I’m not sure which file I should choose… any idea?

Winrar is definetely the one I use. Even after it expires after thirty days, it still retains the basic functions, such as unzipping .rar files, and zipping your own archives into .rar files.
So you won't ever have to buy the program unless you want to use the advanced functions.
And it's quite safe to download. I've been using it to unzip bara for years!

EDIT: That link is right. Just download the version of winrar in your language!

I've been using ALZip which is pretty much easy to use, and it's free.

I use 7-zip. It's free and easy program to use.
