Can anyone teaches me the basic of making anime?

I want to make anime. Can someone teach me how. From the design of the character, the render and such. Right now I am working of the basic of the settings with all the details.

I also would appreciate if anyone can recommend the software.
I really would like to be one but feels like my whole family disagree.
You guys are my last hope.

I guarantee if your Google "How to draw anime" you'll get lots of info and basics. Best to start with Pencil and Paper.

Well I can't say that anime need a software to be made. Unless you are asking who to do ANIM(E)ation, which requires skills. Like Asashi say, google it and practice practice!

The question is, do you mean now drawing manga or really making an animation? Because if you mean animation and you've done nothing like that before, you should first have basics grasped in the programs like Flash, since I have a feeling it's not so much different from doing animation. I can tell from my previous experiences on trying to do animation on Flash that it's freaking hard; you have to have LOTS of time and patience; not because you have to draw everything over and over (that's not always needed if you know that you are doing, fufufuu *proud of her teacher*) but because you have to know a lot of things about everything you draw before they looks believable.

About manga; sometimes How to Draw -books aren't even needed. I didn't have any and I've gotten pretty good (I think!?!?) during 9 years (though I have a feeling you don't have time like that on your hands. :PPP) since I've always been asking others if they would give me constructive criticism.
