Burning DVDs: The Preview shows up upside down

I was burning some [avi] files onto DVDs, and when I was given the option to see the preview before actually burning the disc, I saw that it was upside down.

I burned another DVD before with different [avi] files, and it was fine.

I tried a different DVD, but the preview still showed as upside down.

I didn't go over the max free space, and I can watch the file normally on my computer.

I'm using Windows Vista.

Please help.

When you play the DVD is it upside down?

I think there might be a clash of codecs on your system. What do you have installed?

I haven't actually burned the DVD because I don't want to waste the disc if it is upside like the preview shows.

I'm using a Windows program. I'm not really sure what it is; it pops up automatically when I put a blank DVD in, and it says to drag files to the space.

If the other times you burn the DVD and there was no problem, then there shouldn't be a problem unless that was a bug and if not, try using a different burning program.

Do you have a codec called ffdshow installed? Because that could be the cause of your problem.

However trying using another program Nero or Alochol or use a free program like

The reviews are a bit old so just try the programs and see what works
