Help with Shrinking a Video File

Hello.. hope this is in the right place ^^; *thinks it is o.0* anyways, can someone help me please ^^ I made a slideshow using Adobe Premiere CS3 *took forever to make ><* the file is about 700 000 KB or so o.0, so I used this program called "SUPER" to shrink it so I can put it on youtube - but the really fast clips in the slideshow are shown way to fast, and the transitions lag o.0 any ideas on how to fix it? Maybe a different program. Would be much appreciated ^^

You can use Super but convert with other codec, or you can use VirtualDub.

thanks for the help, but how exactly do you convert the codec in super or shrink in VirtualDub? ^^; *is really bad at this stuff >.>*

Well, in vdub you can convert the file to an xvid. That usually shinks a file size right down. It's in the video section under compression.

hmm.. i think i have an incomplete version of the program o.0 the compression section is in gray so i can't click it >.>

also, do you have the amvapp? That would help. I think it comes with vdub anyway.

hmm - that's the version i have, but when i import the file the compression button goes gray -_- i think i'm gonna give up on this >< thanks for all your help though lol *i suck with comps >.>*

I'm thinking you just might not have the right codecs. If you want the amvapp, just let me know.
