you have to have a bitttorent client, I use shareaza.

Well, when I used to use bittorrent, you would have to download a small file in which to start the download you want. Once you save that small file to a directory, you double click on it and open it with bittorent and bittorent should do the rest. You can only download if there are seeders. Seeders are people who have finished downloading a certain file and are willing to keep their bittorent window open so other people can download from them. Hope this helps.
