I just want to ask what anti virus you are using for you computer. I'm having difficult time on choosing the right anti virus for my computer. As of now I am using AVG 7.5 should I stick with it? What do you thinks is the best anti virus?

I'm using VirusScan and am also curious as to what would be a good anti-virus. It's just that my friend was warning me that the anti-virus itself has an accompaniment of viruses that would make you have to upgrade and stuff. >_>

NOD32 ftw! FEAR THE BROTHERHOOD OF NOD!!!

Otherwise, BitDefender v.10 includes the whole package - firewall, antivirus, spyware... For those who like to keep things smooth.

Just keep clear of Norton

I use Super Anti Spyware although it removes viruses as well. It doesn't run slowly nor take up much memory. It removed many .trojan viruses amongst other things. The only problem is it takes several hours to do a complete scan, I usually run it right before I go to bed.

AVG 7.5 is one of the best free anti virus softwares out there, Along with a good spy check program and a firewall you are very secure, If you AVG is all you have i would recommend SpyBot and ZoneAlarm with it, they are both free also.

Some times you may need a extra check on your computer you can always use the "Trend Micro Free Online Check", you can google it, its quite easy and very effective in getting any new problems that might jump in your pc. Hope this helps. Stick with your AVG i use it, ^^ and i use it on all my clients pc's as well.

Heh. I have Norton. Which does shit. I just had problems with my laptop and I brought it somewhere and they told me I had tons of viruses, even though I ran Norton all the time. I also have windows defender and Ad-Aware. I need something better obviously.

i have the avg free edition its been great to me so far i jsut wish i could buy the real verson but as long as avg tells me the path that the virus came in buy i can delete it easily
