Do you mean you're trying to make a new torrent?
If so, you need to have a tracker! I'm not using Bittorrent, but I'm guessing that when you click "Make new torrent" (or whatever it's called), it'll have a 'torrent properties' option where you can specify the Tracker. You need to specify a tracker. To do this, go to your preferred torrent tracker/site . They usually have an "Upload torrent" option and when you click it, chances are, there site will guide you in making and uploading the torrent. The important thing here is that the site will specify a tracker that you can use, and all you have to do is copy and paste it into the torrent file you're making. When it's done, you can upload the torrent to the torrent tracking site
This is an example of how multiple trackers look like :
P.S. they appear like regular URLs, but they're not so don't click on them! I added the " "

Me again, ok I try what you said and still doesn't work
went to BT to public a file and ask for the url of the file to publish (the url is the link for the file right) i put it and it said that http are not valid.
if anyone can give me another suggestion another way to upload that will be fine too, it doesn't have to be BT it could be any program.
Thanks.
^ By the way, what tracker/torrent tracking site did you use to publish your torrent?
My bittorrent client is uTorrent by the way. I never had major problems.
what are seeds?
^A 'seed' is a term used in bittorrent for someone who has the complete torrent file and is sharing pieces of the file to other users who are called 'peers' or 'leechers' in the bittorrent p2p network. Once a 'leecher' has finished downloading the whole file, he is already qualified to become a 'seeder'. I think what yvy wants to do is to publish a torrent, and become the initial 'seed'.
Sorry, I didn't quite understand what you mean there, in your question :S
