How do I make my Blogger blog appear on search machines?

Hello not so tech savvy chillerific89 here. XD

I recently made a Blogger/Blogspot blog to have a second place to post my doujinshi scans I've made over the years and will make in the future. Don't worry I'll keep posting any future doujinshi scans of mine on this site to but I figured to reach a bigger audience and have a back up place I should start a blog.

The blog itself looks good but I noticed that if you try to search for it on google it doesnt show up in the search results. I cant figure out why, the posts have labels but those seem to be only for searching something on the blog itself. I also cant seem to add something like tags or search words to the blog as a whole, or at least as far as I know.

Does anyone know how to make the blog appear in search engine results?

I think you need to add your website into the google search console https://search.google.com/search-console

Thank you for the info and the handy video explaining it. I've done what the video said so now I'll have to wait a few days to see if it worked. Once I know if it worked and I remember I will make a post here.

Update: I just got a mail from Google and now my blog appears in google search machine results (I tested it out to and it works). Thanks @sumire007 and if you had the same problem as me check out her post above to fix it.
