I tried downloading the video by online converters but they seem to be unable to locate the video.

Appreciate if someone could help me on this.

Besides using a Japanese VPN, I found the video posted on some not-so-savoury websites.

However, my internet is sucking big chunks right now so I can't verify if they're the right video or not. Please be careful.

Look for the ones on ninki-anime-douga.tokyo, and アニメ【PV/TVCM/次回予告】速報. Just keep in mind that they might not be the best sites to visit. Make sure your antivirus is on, and your Adblocker is primed! Open the videos in Incognito.

All the video listed is the same video posted by Aniplex, so I am still unable to view it T.T

Have you tried tor web browser..you could make it proxy you in Japan,,,might be able to get it that way..
