Question though (or please let me know if this is the wrong place to post this): after following the instructions to get the file, I can view the mp4 video on Windows Media Player... but there's no audio. Any ideas?

I've received various queries about this problem. It's been a lo~ng while since I last used WMP and I did not really know this'll happen haha. The audio codec of this file does not work on WMP (at least, that's what I deduced). Suggested video players are VLC and MPC. If you don't want to install these players (and I think you really should 'cause they're probably the best out there), you can convert the video on your own but that'll be more tedious. Do whichever you want

Tip for viewing on your phones:

If you want to watch the file on your phone, the default video player also won't play the file. Try BS Player Free. I have like 3 video players on my phone and this is the only player where I can view the file just fine. I'm using Android though. I don't really know much about iOS, but if you guys know something, then lemme know

I also installed the VLC player to watch it. It's freeware and very very easy and quick to install (it obviously is, because somehow even I managed it in an instant).
