Do I need permission to post on the Download/Doujins section? Want to share my raws.

Looking at the Download/Doujin section. Can't find the link to post a new thread. Please help.
Have a couple of doujins I want to share here also.

If you're in the doujinshi download section, you have the ABC, DEF etc sections. I am able to make new threads in that section, you should be able to as well. If not perhaps ask a mod as to why you would not be able to do so (perhaps post count matters I don't know, faq doesn't state anything).
When uploading raws please make sure the same comics have not been posted before by using the search function or the index threads. Also make sure non are licensed and follow the general rules for uploading doujinshi's, manga and things alike found here; http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/f67/t2...anga-host.html
