Internet turning off on downloading.

Hey, here I have another problem, a big one
When I'm downloading any file form any host and I choose to close all internet tabs the downloads stops, turn themself off and IE is opening on my home page
It started to happen a couple days ago.
It's not convinient to have open IE all the time just for downloading one manga or DJ.
Please help!

But AFAIK this is how it works, you must keep the browser open till the download finish. If you close the browser, you end the download.

Considering that you are experiencing a lot of troubles with IE recently and can't download anything did you considered the idea to install Firefox?

I previously also have the same problem but after I install the latest version IE then I don't experience this problem for a long time already. I think maybe you can search some info on how to troubleshoot it from some other websites or elses.
